After absorbing advantages from foreign superfine vertical mills and considering analysis of domestic clients' needs, Longyi makes targeted improvements on existing vertical mill's technology to develop a new-type vertical mill fit for superfine grinding of nonmetallic minerals. Self developed upgraded multi-head vertical classifier structure, Longyi classifier perfectly slove particle cutting point high and low sieving rate, compare with the traditional classifier, it fully ensure the powder quality that the finished  powder fineness could  reach 30%-60%  (particle size <2um, Detection machine: Malvern Micro laser particle size analyzer).After years of research and development Longyi new abrasion-resisting alloy steel is successfully applied in grinding rollers, grinding bearing and other parts, and it extremely endows the wear-resistant parts long service life, promoting the wear parts replacement cycle.
